[ TERMS OF SERVICE ]
Read it and agree before considering commissioning
GENERAL
As the client, you understand you will be receiving digital goods, which will be sent to you upon completion.
I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission order without an explanation.
Contact and payment details will remain confidential.
USAGE
The client may use the artwork for NON-COMMERCIAL, PERSONAL USE ONLY. Unless discussed otherwise.
The client may resize or crop the artwork but may not otherwise alter it.
Artwork can be used for personal display on social media and printed for personal use.
Any artwork produced by me is strictly NOT PERMITTED for NFT or machine learning usage. This means you do not have my permission to feed any images I produce into AI image generators.
RIGHTS
I, the artist, hold full and exclusive rights to the produced artwork.
I may display the artwork on social media and promotional materials, as well as display it in both my public & private portfolios.
Appropriate attribution must be given and maintained. Do not remove or alter any signatures or watermarks. Please credit @anser_blue in bios and descriptions when using produced artwork as an avatar/banner or posting it to social media.
PAYMENTS, CENCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Prices are subject to change without notice. Commissions that were invoiced before the change will remain unaffected.
The commission will only be officially started after the upfront payment has been made.
Please make full payment within 72 hours of invoicing; I reserve the right to cancel the commission unless there's a mutual agreement regarding the delay.
Please send the upfront payment through the PayPal invoice system in EUROS ONLY.
I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point for any reason.
Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel your commission only if I take more than 5 months without any progress or updates.
In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.
PROCESS AND REVISIONS
Changing references is allowed if no progress has yet been made on your commission. Please ask first though.
I will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 3 changes overall during the sketch stage.
Further edits will be added as fees to the overall cost.
No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.
